Glitch Angel came from a single question: what does an angel look like in the Y2K era? The answer involved mesh overlays, satin slips, and platform trainers. It involved lace trim and rhinestones and a deliberate softness that the era often underestimated.
The fragility is intentional. These pieces look delicate but they’ve survived twenty years in boxes and warehouses. That tension — between apparent vulnerability and actual resilience — is what the era was about.
